You do not need to be present during the service as long as we have clear access to the areas that need work and a form of payment upon completion. Before starting, we confirm the scope of the project and any specific instructions you may have. Many clients prefer the convenience of having the work completed while they are away, returning to a fully cleaned and improved property. However, it is best if you are home to walkthrough the property after we are done.
